At Autobizzer, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible while providing reliable delivery throughout Australia.
Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Services
We primarily use Australia Post for deliveries across Australia.
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on eligible orders over AUD $199.
Free shipping applies only to products within our Standard Shipping profile.
The following are excluded from the free shipping offer:
- Oversized or bulky items
- Heavy items (generally over 5 kg)
- Products requiring special freight handling
- Deliveries to certain remote or regional locations
- Any product specifically identified as excluded from free shipping
If additional freight charges are required, we will contact you before dispatch. If you choose not to proceed, a full refund will be provided.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery postcode
- Parcel dimensions
- Parcel weight
- Shipping service selected
Multiple Items
If your order contains both standard and oversized products, your order may incur shipping charges for the oversized items even if the order total exceeds $199.
Authority to Leave
Some courier services may deliver your parcel using Authority to Leave (ATL). If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.
Once the parcel has been delivered according to the carrier's tracking information, Autobizzer cannot accept responsibility for loss or theft.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the parcel and packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all packaging until the claim has been assessed.
Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information.
- Contact Australia Post if appropriate.
- If you still require assistance, contact Autobizzer and we'll help investigate the shipment.
Vehicle Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the purchased part is suitable for their vehicle before ordering. Please refer to the product description, OEM number, and compatibility information. If you're unsure, contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help verify compatibility.

Currently, Autobizzer ships to Australia and New Zealand only.
