Returns

At Autobizzer, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels and protective wrapping intact.
  • The item has not been installed, fitted, modified or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive:

  • an incorrect item,
  • a damaged item,
  • or a product that is faulty,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request:

  • Photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging.
  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.

If the claim is approved, Autobizzer will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Vehicle Compatibility

Please ensure the part is suitable for your vehicle before placing your order.

We strongly recommend checking:

  • OEM part numbers
  • Vehicle make, model and year
  • Engine type (where applicable)
  • Product description
  • Compatibility information

If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering. Our team is happy to assist.

Autobizzer is not responsible for return postage costs where an incorrect part is ordered due to vehicle compatibility not being confirmed before purchase.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety or product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Installed or used parts.
  • Products that have been modified or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty).
  • Special order or custom-made products (unless faulty).

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Describe the reason for the return.
  4. Wait for return instructions before sending the item.

Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays in processing.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing normally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible products where stock is available.

If the replacement item has a different price, any price difference will either be charged or refunded accordingly.


Installation Costs

Autobizzer is not responsible for labour, installation, removal, towing, vehicle hire or any other associated costs resulting from the installation or replacement of a product
